We will call and e-mail you to confirm your orders within 24 hours.

If you do not receive our call, feel free to call us at +65 80445399 to check on your order status.

Order requirement

• Minimum order of 12 cupcakes for EACH flavor ordered
• Minimum of 6 cupcakes per design needs to be ordered
• Minimum order of at least 30 cookies needs to be ordered
• Orders need to be made at least three working days in advance (excluding order date).

Express orders (Orders made 3 days in advance excluding the day of delivery) is also available at an additional charge of $15.

Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for confirmed orders (Deposit has to be made within 24hours after receiving our call)

Failure to do so would result in the termination of processing the orders.

Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your orders due to whatever reason, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancelled within 2 weeks of delivery date – 20% of the TOTAL value(inclusive of delivery charge) will be payable
• Cancelled within 1 week of delivery date – 50% of the TOTAL value(inclusive of delivery charge) will be payable
• Cancelled within 3 days of delivery date – 100% of the TOTAL value(inclusive of delivery charge) will be payable

Cancellation is not recognized until you receive a conformation call and e-mail from us.
