Gula Melaka Desiccated Coconut Loaf

Desiccated coconut soaked with gula melaka on a moist vanilla cake! A twist to the local gula meleka :) Very light on the palate and although it is soaked in gula melaka, rest assured it is not overly sweet :) A good treat with a local twist :)
